- Extension - the current population of metro-vancouver is 2.4million (2015 census - so more than that currently). In the next 30 years, the population is projected to increase by 1.5million.
- Where should new residences be built to house this population?
- What do you suppose happens to the infrastructure of the region?
- What do you think it'll change when it comes to resource and waste management systems?
- What are some changes that you, as a 50 years old (in 30 years) will have to cope with?

- Think about how you can make a short term or long term change in your personal life or your immediate family's life to help reduce your impact under the topic you have researched. Pick one or two PRACTICAL practices you can adopt or help others adopt and propose the possible positive impacts it may have on the environment.
- Using your research from last week, create a VISUAL presentation for the rest of the class. (could be powerpoint, prezi, video, other forms of visual presentation)
This presentation will be shared next week for others to comment and do a write up. The presentation should have Introduction - what is the background of the issue, why did you choose it? What's the problem? Why is what you chose a problem? What's the solution? How can we change, slowly or rapidly? What can ONE individual do to help fix the problem? Conclusion - What would the world look like if the problem was fixed using your solutions? THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BY THE WEEKEND! - we need it for commenting on next week.
